Stratford City Education Project
The regeneration in Stratford, in particular Stratford City, the Olympic Village and Olympic Park will regenerate East London. It will generate over 30,000 jobs; create new homes, new retail, leisure facilities, office space, and massive improvements in transport. It will provide plenty of opportunities in the world of work and related careers.

The Stratford City Project seeks to increase the awareness of young people of these fantastic opportunities and developments.

Pilot projects are being run at Forest Gate Community School, Sarah Bonnell School and St Bonaventure's School.

Year 9 Stratford City ICT Project
Year 9 young people studying ICT at Forest Gate Community School were invited to design a card and small poster of a potential business that would be suitable to locate within the vibrant, urban, rejuvenation of Stratford.
Many of the business designs were displayed in the Learning Resource Centre as a celebration of the entrepreneurial spirit thriving among young people in Newham. Several of the designs were selected to feature on the Stratford City resource cards produced to summarise various Stratford curriculum projects available via Forest Gate Community School.
