This is the first-ever Newham Area Wide survey of 14-16 year old students who are studying on a Diploma, NAP or Young Apprenticeship course and is an important way to get feedback from you, the student, on your course.
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and you should be provided time to do this in one of your Diploma, NAP or Young Apprenticeship lessons.

It is very important to answer all of the questions honestly and fully. The information you give us will be completely anonymous, and will help us make the courses even better in future.

Make sure your teacher registers that you have completed the questionnaire, so your name can go into the draw to WIN ONE OF TWO IPOD-SHUFFLEs!
